In most cases there is no need to visit our office in person. You should just just fill in reservation form and after arriving to Tunisia call or SMS us to confirm your arrival. In response our staff will give you exact departure time. All you need is to wait at the given time in front of your hotel , and the payment can be done directly in the coach/jeep . Anyway if you want to pay by credit card or pay in advance or just drop in to get more detailed informations you should visit our office.
VERY IMPORTANT If you come by taxi just tell the driver to drop you in front of Souse Palace hotel and then walk about 50m . In Tunisia people use location based on main objects like hotel or shopping centre located near by rather than using exact address (street name & building number). There where many cases when clients who gave the driver just strict (and correct!) address ended up in another part or the town or were wondering for long time by taxi while the driver was looking for the street.
